The first release from Champagne Madame Zéro is our non vintage extra aged cuvee. It was born in the iconic premier cru village of Vertus and composed of 100% chardonnay, and has less than .5g of sugar per serving. Aged for 5 years on fine lees with an ultra low dosage yields a champagne with notes of honey, rich ripe citrus, white fruits and an elegant clean finish.
