Madame Zéro is a champagne inspired by selectivity. The first release from Champagne Madame Zéro is our non vintage extra aged cuvee. It was born in the iconic Premier Cru village of Vertus and composed of 100% chardonnay, and has less than .5g of sugar per serving. Aged for 5 years on fine lees with an ultra low dosage yields a champagne with notes of honey, rich ripe citrus, white fruits and an elegant clean finish.
